  • This program trains your techs to make better video MPIs (Multi-Point Inspections). It includes a hands-on workshop, in-shop coaching, and easy-to-use tools that help managers keep the program going.

  • It’s a 60-minute class taught in person. Techs learn a simple 5-step process to make better videos. The class includes role-playing, printed guides, tools, and live practice.

  • Training happens in your dealership’s conference room with 3–7 techs per session. Each workshop is 60 minutes plus 30 extra minutes for questions or more practice. After the class, each tech gets a 1-on-1 coaching session (15–20 minutes) back in the shop using their own video. We’ll stay flexible to fit your tech count—50 techs usually need 5–6 days.

  • Absolutely. Start with a smaller group and bring in more when you’re ready.

  • Book a call with Jacqueline to see if your dealership is a good fit. Requirements include leadership support and a readiness to launch a video MPI program using our tools.

  • At your dealership. We just need a quiet room with a screen or projector.

  • You’ll have a call with Shift Awake Group and get a welcome email, training videos, and the full workshop schedule.

  • Most dealerships begin around 8 AM. Each session runs about 90 minutes.

  • Make sure your team is excited and ready to learn. Once you get the welcome email, you’re all set. If not, contact us at: support@shiftawake.com.

  • One of our expert facilitators. We’ll match you with the right one during your enrollment call.

  • A good attitude and their phones. We provide all other materials.

  • You can upgrade to our Axel Full-Immersion Program—a full 60-day coaching and training experience. We do it all for you.

  • Yes. You can reschedule once within 6 months for a $100 transfer fee. We can’t accept reschedule requests within 30 days of the training date.

  • If we cancel a training event, you get a full refund within 60 days. If it’s postponed, your registration rolls over. Otherwise, Axel 5 Gears to Video Mastery purchases are non-refundable.

  • It’s $6,400 for one day of training (up to 10 techs). Extra days are $4,700 each for 10 more techs.

  • Yes, we’ll bill you after the training for the trainer’s travel expenses.

  • We provide scorecards and coaching guides so you can track progress, hold techs accountable, and improve video quality over time.
