Can The Video Circuit program be customized to our dealership’s needs? The Video Circuit program is ourproven methodology and used consistently with every client. However, prior to our onsite visit, we will align with the dealership’s process and review these preferences during class, as needed.
How many onsite days are required for the training? The number of days depends on the number of technicians. Typically, 10 technicians equal 1 day of onsite training.
What is the maximum number of technicians that can be trained at once? We recommend each workshop has 5-7 technicians for optimal learning, with up to 3 workshops per day. We work alongside leadership to accommodate shop demands.
What is the onsite training format? Onsite training includes a combination of 60-minute workshops and 1:1 video coaching via a shop walk to ensure comprehensive learning and skill adoption.
What is included in the Video Circuit Scorecard? Technician videos are reviewed and evaluated using The Video Circuit methodology. Our proprietary evaluation is completed, based on 21 specific questions. A customized scorecard is provided with feedback on individual performance and recommendations for improvement.
How are the virtual coaching sessions conducted? Virtual 1:1 video coaching sessions are conducted via video call using Zoom or Teams, allowing for personalized, real-time feedback and support.
How long is a program? Each program differs. The Essentials package is typically complete within 21 days. The Standard package is most often complete between 30-45 days and the Premium package is a 60 day program.
What are the expected outcomes of The Video Circuit? Improved video MPI quality, increased customer trust, higher approval rates, and enhanced revenue potential. Depending on the package your team is enrolled in, will impact the expected outcomes.
What ongoing support is available after the training? For Premium package clients, ongoing support includes access to the TVC team for additional guidance and coaching. All packages include post-training reporting and follow-up.

What is the payment schedule? 50% upfront and 50% halfway through the program. Additional options available.
What payment offerings are available? Direct pay via account transfer. Credit Card with a 3% surcharge fee.
